Rice Consulting LLC  is committed to working with the City to ensure the City submits a grant application that will benefit the City. We will provide each City with the management to apply for the grant and oversee each funded project from start to finish. Ms. Rice has experience working with City Engineers, City Attorneys, Federal and State Agencies to assist in every aspect of the project. Rice Consulting LLC will provide services such as:

• Grant Application and Submittal (ANRC, USDA, AEDC, ArDOT, Arkansas Parks and Tourism Grants, etc.)

• Consult with City Engineer for Cost Estimate and Site Plan for Grant Application

​

• Grant Management of Project once City has been awarded
