Rice Consulting LLC is a grant consulting and administration company that will work directly with municipalities to assist the city through the grant application process and oversee the grant administration once the city has been awarded the grant.

 

Ms. Robin Rice is the President and CEO of Rice Consulting LLC. She has 12 years of experience working as a Civil Engineer. During this time, she has gained experience in the grant administration process and working with municipalities assisting them with federal and state grants. She has experience working with Arkansas Natural Resources Division (ANRC), United States of Environmental Quality (USDA), Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT), Arkansas Parks and Tourism (TAP and RTP Grants), and Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC).

Ms. Rice has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and is registered in the states of Arkansas and Texas. She also has certifications in Arkansas and Texas as a Certified Grant Administrator for the AEDC CDBG Grants.
